We were so excited when we got up this morning and went out to water the flowers and it was actually cold! Well for us it was cold. I know to those who don't live HERE it wasn't. We were out there just before 7am. What a nice change. I know the last few mornings it has been cooler, but today it really was! So we opened up all the windows. Sam Says "Mommy, I think that it is winter!" all excited! He is excited because he keeps thinking that Halloween will be here like any day since we keep seeing all of the stuff in the stores. So I told him it wouldn't be here until it was colder out like when it is winter (which I guess isn't really true, it seems when it is Halloween it is still pretty warm). So we are enjoying the morning air! Sam says he wants to be either a policeman or a garbage man for Halloween and that I am to be a police girl, Oh Bear is to be a witch and Daddy just has to be Daddy! So we will see what happens with all of this......
We went to get coffee and then we went to the park this morning! How refreshing that was! I have been waiting for park weather for a long time!!! There was a little boy there as well that Sam played with so well! It was such a nice morning.....

Football Season!
Yeah, I am so excited it is football season! We are big football fans around here. Every Sunday we have friends and family over and eat, drink and watch the games. It really is a lot of fun. I also love that football season means the cooler weather is on the way! Hopefully we will get to go to a game at the new stadium this season. Jeff and I are Dallas fans and it is hard being a Dallas fan, lol! You either hate them or love them, and we get so much s**t! But we both have been fans since we were kids. My Dad was a Dallas fan and that is how it started for me. Anyway I am just looking forward to Sunday! Go Cowboys!!

The Value Of A Dollar
Sam has a cash register that he has been playing with for a while now, and he of course has all of his kids shop and play with him as well. I keep trying to tell him about money and how to save so you can buy something you really want. So tonight he wanted to count his money in his piggy bank to see if he had enough ($5) to buy this stuffed dinosaur at Kohl's. And he did! He is so excited. So we will put the money in his wallet and take him to purchase his new friend. He has a little Velcro Superman wallet. I know the first thing out of his mouth tomorrow morning will be that we have to get ready and go get the dinosaur.
